The election process will be conducted through online voting. Although online voting will be the primary method, paper ballots will be available to those that request them. If you would like a paper ballot, please call 920.783.2506.
Online voting begins on February 10, 2025, at 8:00 AM. To cast your vote, simply click the personalized link included in the email that will be sent to the address we have on file for your account.
Election of Directors. Each year, the terms of three directors come up for election. This year, the election also includes two temporary board positions created as part of the October 1, 2024, merger with Shipbuilders Credit Union: one with a 3-year term and the other with a 2-year term. In total, five director positions will be filled in this election: four with 3-year terms and one with a 2-year term.
The top four vote winners will be elected to the four, 3-year term positions, and the fifth highest vote winner will be elected to the 2-year term position.

Nomination by Petition. Any eligible member may become a nominee by submitting a petition signed by at least 250 eligible members. The petition must be submitted to the Chairperson before noon on Monday, January 13, 2025.
