Bethany Brusse Promoted to Director of Human Resources at Kohler Credit Union

SHEBOYGAN, WI] – Kohler Credit Union is proud to announce the promotion of Bethany Brusse to Director of Human Resources. In her new capacity, Brusse will assume responsibility for overseeing recruitment, payroll, benefits, and talent development for the credit union.

Brusse's tenure at Kohler Credit Union commenced in 2020 when she joined as the Human Resources Manager. Throughout her tenure, Brusse has been instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, emphasizing work-life balance, and promoting professional development opportunities for employees. In addition to her role at Kohler Credit Union, Brusse actively serves as a volunteer on Lakeshore Technical College’s Human Resources Advisory Board, collaborating directly with faculty to provide insights on HR curriculum and focus areas.

Prior to joining Kohler Credit Union, Brusse held various human resource and finance roles for over 15 years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and is a member of SHRM, the Society for Human Resource Management.
