Melissa Doebert Named Chief People Officer at Kohler Credit Union

SHEBOYGAN, WI] – Kohler Credit Union is proud to announce the appointment of Melissa Doebert as the new Chief People Officer. Doebert brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the Human Resource field and will play a pivotal role in driving our people-centric initiatives, ensuring the professional growth, development, and well-being of our workforce, and leading HR strategies that align with our company's goals.

Doebert joined Kohler Credit Union in 2012 as the HR Manager and has been responsible for driving our culture as well as helping focus our strategic vision related to our benefits, talent acquisition, development and training. Prior to joining the credit union, Doebert held Human Resource roles in a variety of industries. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Silver Lake College and a MBA from Lakeland University.
